 The Church operates an extensive Food Distribution Program with a Soup Kitchen on its premises. High quality food is given to approximately 77,061 persons annually through the New Open Door's donations
						            and to about 130,000 persons supported by Federal Assistance and community donations.
						            Annually, about 400 deliveries of food is made to sick and shut-in persons. The Soup
						            Kitchen weekly feeds about 579 persons with nutritious hot meals. The staff is composed of both church members and volunteers from the community. Food is distributed two

 back to top Open Door's Missionary Department spreads the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ by visiting those
						            who are sick, homebound, or in hospitals, institutions, and shelters. Also, complementing the wide variety of services provided by the Church, Open Door hosts discussion and
						            fellowship groups: Men's and Women's fellowship groups. These are two separate groups organized
						            to provide an atmosphere for men and women to discuss everyday living problems, such
						            as jobs, family problems, substance abuse, relationships and other issues in a supportive
						            environment. Participants can fellowship in these groups while helping each other as
						            they look for both natural and spiritual answers to questions. Men's Followship: Wednesday: 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Women's Fellowship: Friday: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm back to top |
